Salted Caramel Collagen Overnight Proatmeal

Gluten Free - Dairy Free - Vegan Optional

INGREDIENTS

Proatmeal

½ C Gluten-free Rolled Oats or Brown Rice Flakes (normal oats will work too!)

1 Scoop Nothing Naughty Caramel Pea or Whey Protein

1 Scoops Nothing Naughty Pure Collagen or Marine Collagen Natural/Vitamin C (If vegan, remove collagen from recipe)

¼ tsp Salt

1 C Coconut/Soy/Almond Milk

Toppings

Optional: Sliced almonds, chia seeds, crumbled frozen raspberries and a drizzle of Nothing Naughty Caramel Fibre Syrup!

METHOD

  1. MIx all proatmeal ingredients in a dessert bowl and mix until well combined. Place in the fridge to soak overnight.
  2. Wake up, top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
