Effective and yum

Brilliant product. Fibre 4 has reduced my appetite, my sweet tooth has reduced drastically and visits to the loo more regular. Highly recommend following instructions to introduce at a smaller dose and slowly increasing, if flatis is going to be a problem. It's a keeper for sure.

Sweet and tooty

Much like other comments, this powder really gets your digestion going! I’m not sure if it’s a no-no to have it with hot drinks, but I have been adding it to my mid morning cup of tea. It does make my tea quite sweet but it dissolves much easier in hot water than in cold and from the feeling of my insides, it still seems to work with hot water. Highly recommend that you also stay well hydrated with this product which all in all is helping me to stay fuller for longer/ get fuller quicker as have noticed that I am not finishing portions.

Sadly An Awful Product

I love Nothing Naughty protein powder, collagen and creatine, but this is awful. Doesn’t mix with water - it forms these hard discs at the bottom of the glass even after whisking. I have used other fibre products for months, but this product gave me a stomach upset and painful cramps. Truly awful and disappointing. Sadly I’m just throwing it out.
