Strawberry & Chia Protein Cup

Poppy Mac's Fave Summer Protein Cup Recipe
Choccy, Peanut Butter, Chia and Strawberry (30g protein)​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Chia seed layer:​​​​​​​​
-15g chia seeds​​​​​​​​
-110mls almond milk​​​​​​​​
Mix together and put in fridge for an hour to thicken.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Chocolate layer:​​​​​​​​
-100g greek yoghurt​​​​​​​​
-20g Nothing Naughty Chocolate Premium Pea Protein​​​​​​​​
-5g cocoa powder​​​​​​​​
Combine and place in bottom of cup. Put chia layer on top.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Peanut butter layer:​​​​​​​​
-12.5g Nothing Naughty Premium Powdered Peanut Butter​​​​​​​​
-1 + 1/2 Tbsp water​​​​​​​​
Combine and lay on top of chia layer.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Strawberry layer:​​​​​​​​
-75g strawberries (plus another couple to put on top)​​​​​​​​
Roughly chop and place in pot on low heat with a splash of water until it thickens. Pour on top of chia layer and add whole strawberries.​​​​​​​​
