Poppy Mac's Fave Summer Protein Cup Recipe
Choccy, Peanut Butter, Chia and Strawberry (30g protein)
Chia seed layer:
-15g chia seeds
-110mls almond milk
Mix together and put in fridge for an hour to thicken.
Chocolate layer:
-100g greek yoghurt
-20g
Nothing Naughty Chocolate Premium Pea Protein
-5g cocoa powder
Combine and place in bottom of cup. Put chia layer on top.
Peanut butter layer:
-12.5g
Nothing Naughty Premium Powdered Peanut Butter
-1 + 1/2 Tbsp water
Combine and lay on top of chia layer.
Strawberry layer:
-75g strawberries (plus another couple to put on top)
Roughly chop and place in pot on low heat with a splash of water until it thickens. Pour on top of chia layer and add whole strawberries.
Devour!
