It is believed to be metabolised more easily by the body due to the removal of the long chain fatty acids and lauric acid. MCT oils are rapidly digested and absorbed, and provide a useful energy source for physical and mental performance.
Odourless and unflavoured, this product is ideal for use in coffee, shakes, dressings and smoothies. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Ingredients: Medium chain triglyceride (MCT) (capric & caprylic acid triglyceride) from 100% coconut.
Directions: Take one (1) dessertspoonful (15 ml) daily preferably with food. MCT oil can be added to coffee, and smoothies, used in salad dressings, sauces or cooking as a source of beneficial fatty acids. Do not use MCT oil for frying due to low boiling point.
