In love with the chocolate protein bars! Protein powder is pretty good too

Have enjoyed the Lean Bean Protein - Chocolate Fudge; the protein bars make a nice and tasty snack. I had no idea what to do with the syrup and there are no instructions on the bottle. I had no need for the Cacao Nibs. The pancake and waffle mix may be missing a step in the directions, namely do you mix after or before allowing the mix to rest with the eggs. Nga mihi
