Mango Superfood Yoghurt Clusters

Makes 6 yoghurt clusters | Refined sugar free | Gluten free | Plant-based option 

Ingredients:

4 scoops Banana Super Greens & Reds

1 cup yoghurt of choice (we used coconut yoghurt)

2 tbsp Natural Fibre Syrup

1 cup mango (this can be frozen - just make sure to defrost them first)

1 cup sugar-free white chocolate 

2 tbsp coconut oil

Directions:

Cut the mango into small pieces (1cm x 1cm).

Place the mango in a bowl and add the yoghurt, Natural Fibre Syrup, and Super Greens & Reds powder. Mix well.

On a lined baking tray, place a couple of spoonfuls of the mixture into small mounds. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

Freeze for 2–3 hours or until solid.

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.

Dip each yoghurt cluster into the melted chocolate or drizzle the chocolate on top.

Freeze for 20 minutes, then enjoy!
