Protein Peanut Butter Cups

- 1 cup whole grain oats
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup @nothing_naughty vanilla protein
- 2 tbsp @nothing_naughty chocolate fibre syrup
- 2 tbsp oat milk

- 12 squares dark chocolate
- chopped peanuts 
- cacao nibs

Blitz the oats in a food processor then add remaining ingredients blend until forms a sticky dough mixture. Roll out into bliss balls (makes 12).

Press the balls into a silicone tray add 1/2 tsp of peanut butter to each.

Melt 12 squares of dark chocolate evenly spread over your cups then top with chopped peanuts & cacao nibs. Place in fridge until set, store in an airtight container in fridge or freezer.
