The fruit of the cacao tree contains a small bean from which all chocolate is made. Cacao is an antioxidant superstar containing a good source of magnesium and iron. Good substitute for my usual brand

I bought this as my usual cacao brand is hard to get. This was a good substitute, though the flavour wasn't quite as robust as the one I usually buy.

My new favourite!

Absolutely delicious. I've used this as a hot drink made on the stove top. (Added cinnamon & honey measured by heart)
I've also used this in my overnight oats and it's incredible. Tastes like a desert more than a breakfast. Can't wait to try it in baking!
