A soluble, dietary fibre extracted exclusively from chicory root.

As a soluble powder it can be added to any food or drink with little impact on taste or texture whilst adding a source of fibre to your daily diet. 100% natural, it is a prebiotic and bifidogenic and helps boost your fibre intake - especially good for those on Keto diets.

The fibre in inulin is soluble, which means it dissolves in water. It dissolves in the stomach and then forms a gelatinous substance that can slow digestion and increase fullness.

Suggested Use: add 5g (1 scoop) to smoothies, shakes or beverage of your choice. Can also be sprinkled on food.

Inulin is approximately 89% fibre.

Best inulin of two that I've trialed

I use it for making specific probiotic yogurt and it's much better price and easier to mix. Yogurts have turned out great so it seems to be a better option. Also a quicker delivery from Nothing Naughty. Thumbs up from me.
