What's in every bar
Six things, all pronounceable. Here's what each one does.
Protein
Whey and milk protein
Whey and milk protein concentrates. That's where the 15g of protein comes from.
Sweetness
Brown rice syrup and FOS
Binds and sweetens the bar. FOS is a prebiotic fibre, so some of the sweetness counts as fibre.
The coat
Compound chocolate
A thin coat of milk or white chocolate. It's where most of the 5g of sugar lives.
The crunch
Soy crisps
For texture and a little extra protein. They're the reason the bars contain soy.
Fibre
Inulin
A plant prebiotic fibre. With the FOS, it takes each bar to about 4g of fibre.
Holds it together
Sunflower oil, lecithin and pectin
Oil keeps the bar soft, lecithin and pectin bind it. Any colour is turmeric or a fruit and vegetable extract.

Gluten free, yes. Vegan, no: they're made with whey and contain milk and soy. Our Plant Protein Bars are the vegan option.
