Nothing Naughty Shake

Unlike others I've tried that were quite thick and creamy this one is very thin, however I do like the taste🙂

Flavour was good. Husband using it, best to put on top of the milk! Went to order a jar to find that it's out of stock & the price has gone up. Still cheaper than some other proteins though.

Pleasantly surprised <3

As someone whose prior protein powder experiences have been a case of 'beggars can't be choosers' (taking whatever my mum or other family (etc etc) bought and decided they didn't like), I've been attempting to forgive the prices of the average powder by thoroughly looking into things before making my first big purchase.

The inclusion of sample sachets on the site was a good sign from the beginning. However, I was still a little tentative until I tried it myself - I know some people don't like the 'it tastes like protein powder' taste, which, granted, it does have, but I myself really enjoyed the reindition of it here! Not so much that it was a distraction, and honestly just felt like an added flavour profile. Speaking of - I loved this vanilla. Reminded me a lot of an up and go.

I used what I had to trial it in bits and pieces across different places I may want to use it (shakes, oats, coffees, baking, etc) and found that, although a complete bust on the hot drink side (being in heated liquid seemed to separate the powder where, despite tasting nice, I ended up with a terrible grainy texture), it isn't the best at mixing without external forces. I find this an incredibly forgivable point though- as it tasted really good in each 'experiment', if a little lumpy.

Overall, for price vs taste vs versatility, definitely rating this one on the higher end <33

I got the banana flavour which was a bit too sweet and artificial tasting for me. I have realised that I much prefer unflavoured protein and blending it with a real banana. But this would be convenient for occasions when that is not possible.
